This update includes an estimated 23 issues reported on 8/24/26 after the major upgrade deployment on 8/23/26. Although this is not every reported issue, it is the majority of them. An additional deploy is targeted for 8/26/26 to cover the balance of the reported issues.

XenDirect InSight Access Issue
Resolved - We have successfully resolved the technical issues affecting InSight. All systems are now operating normally.

We will still continue to monitor the issue, but will close this incident. However, if you are still experiencing any issues, please submit a support ticket with the details.

Investigating - After testing, an issue has been discovered related to Add Assignment in the release deployment this morning (8/19/26). Given the location of the issue and the peak registration efforts of many users, we are rolling back today's release upgrade back to release 3.07.07.06. This should be completed by or before 8:00 AM ET.
